Now Available On-demand: July Web Experience Management Webinar— Making Your Customer’s Experience Social

During last week’s Web Experience Management Wednesday webinar, we were excited to showcase  how Adobe Experience Manager Social Communities capabilities can deliver a place to interact and facilitate engaged conversations—with the aim of increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value. There was a strong turnout from the community (always appreciated) and good conversation on the topic.

Tatiana Mejia (@TatianaMejia) from our Experience Manager team delved into three key steps for building a social community: Connect, Enable, Engage. And Scott Date (@IScottDate) of our product management group demonstrated how Social Communities capabilities in Experience Manager enable you to provide premium content related to a customer’s underlying need.  Finally, Akshay Madan, who focuses on translation technology at Adobe, illustrated how to build global communities through machine translation.
